This role focuses on middle-market accounts, delivering exceptional client service, supporting renewals, and shaping plan design while maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers.

The ideal candidate has a solid employee benefits background, compliance and plan design knowledge, and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee benefits account or client management, preferably middle-market.
• Active Life & Health license (L&H).
• Familiarity with Applied Epic and benefits administration platforms.
• Knowledge of compliance and plan design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client questions, claims support, and compliance documentation.
• Manage client engagement, renewals, and plan design for middle-market accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilize benefits administration platforms and HR/payroll tools.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and partners.
• Support account retention and growth through proactive service.
