Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive who will develop current, referral, and new clients while coordinating renewal strategies and RFP processes. You will handle the client lifecycle from prospecting through to presentations, ensuring accurate proposals and effective issue resolution.

• Experience in employee benefits or related financial practices.
• Group life/health insurance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop current, referral and new clients.
• Assist in Benefits Review and RFP processes with renewal strategies.
• Manage renewal timelines and coordinate vendor renewals and client discussions.
• Prepare and present client proposals and resolutions for questions or issues.
• Support Account Managers and coordinate with marketing and clients.
