Job summary

Inszone Insurance Services in Stillwater, OK is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to support the sale of employee benefits and provide client service. This full-time, onsite role manages a diverse book of accounts and cross-sells lines of business to existing customers.

Responsibilities include processing policy changes, answering questions about payments and notices, handling endorsements, renewals, and maintaining professionalism with clients and carriers.

Qualifications

• Experienced - The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the sale of employee benefits.
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Licensed – Current license required.
• Quick learner – We are looking for someone who can pick up new things rapidly.
• Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented – Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
• Professionalism - A senior team member is expected to set the example for other team members, in both success and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes and respond to enquiries with the utmost professionalism and timeliness.
• Answer client’s questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.
• Always protect the best interest of both the company and the customer.
