Job summary

Insurica's Houston office is seeking an Employee Benefits Senior Account Manager to support clients, update accounts, and drive quality service standards. The role covers service tasks and marketing activities for new and existing clients.

Responsibilities include policy checks, enrollment coordination, client education, and problem resolution, with emphasis on accuracy and timely communication. Prior benefits experience and industry designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of employee benefits experience preferred.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• CPCU, CIC, or Life Insurance Industry designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check new and renewal policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Maintain suspense files and log expirations and follow-ups.
• Educate clients about policy coverage and changes.
• Coordinate open enrollment meetings with clients and carriers.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve claim problems.
