Technical Recruiter at ATR International

Client: One of the leading Banks

Location: Newark, DE – Onsite role

Out of state candidates must relocate to DE.

Base Pay Range

$20.00/hr – $25.00/hr

Pay Rate: $25/hr (W2)

Contract Term: 5 months with possible extension.

NOTE: This role does not support visa transfers or sponsorship. It is a W2 position, not C2C or 1099.

Responsibilities

Benefit Payment Services assists retirees with questions regarding their pension payments. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess a commitment to superior customer service to join our team of call center professionals.

• Receiving inbound calls
• Understanding call requests, problem solving as needed, and routing if required per client profile
• Assisting retirees with questions about their pension payments, tax forms, withholdings, etc.
• Sending forms via mail, fax, and email to participants

Qualifications

• College degree required
• Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, internet, and email.
• Highly motivated, self‑starter who can complete functions with little supervision
• Strong organization/time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Ability to function well in a high‑volume environment and multitask
• Adapt well to change and is a team player—ability to achieve both individual and group goals
• Must have excellent communication skills & telephone etiquette with customer service focus
• Excellent attendance record required
• Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
