Ideal candidates have 5+ years of progressive HR experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong knowledge of Oregon law, and hands-on experience with HRIS/payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 5+ years HR or People Operations experience.
• Knowledge of Oregon employment law.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR representative for Bend-based employees.
• Manage HR operations, payroll coordination, recruitment and compliance.
• Foster a positive workplace culture focused on inclusion and accountability.
• Support trainings such as safety and anti-harassment programs.
• Maintain organized personnel files and documentation for audits.
