Qualifications

• BS/BA in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws (EEOC, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• Experience with labor relations including contract interpretation and grievance management.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent strategy, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, and engagement across the facility.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and new-hire orientation to support staffing needs.
• Partner with managers and corporate HR to align workforce requirements and coaching on interviewing.
• Advise on performance management, corrective actions, policy interpretation, and development.
• Oversee investigations, documentation, and compliance with employment laws.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, wellness initiatives, and maintain HRIS records.
• Support organizational development, performance reviews, development plans, and succession planning.
• Lead labor relations activities including grievances, contract interpretation, and bargaining committee participation.
• Coordinate seasonal workforce processes, migrant labor planning, and agency relationships.
• Foster relationships and uphold culture, supporting employee engagement.
