Job summary

Bethel Bakery in Bethel Park is seeking a hands-on Baker to work with dough, fillings and bakery equipment, producing a variety of baked goods each day. This is a permanent, year-round position with a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule. The shift runs from 4 a.m.

to 12 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekend shifts. Previous bakery experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Bethel Bakery has been baking life sweeter since 1955. We’re looking for a hands‑on Baker who enjoys working with dough, staying busy, and producing a variety of baked goods every day.

This is a permanent, year-round position with a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule, and no evening or weekend shifts. Previous bakery experience is helpful, but not required; we’re willing to train!

What You’ll Do

• Work with different doughs, fillings, and bakery equipment.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

This is an active, hands‑on bakery production position requiring:

• Standing and moving throughout the shift, with frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling cabinets and racks weighing up to 350 pounds.
• Working around varying temperatures, including hot ovens and cold coolers/freezers.

Schedule & Hours

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week
• Monday-Friday; 4 a.m.-12 p.m.
• Availability required during busy holiday seasons
• $15-$16/hour, based on experience
