Bethel Bakery has been baking life sweeter since 1955. We're looking for a dependable Morning Cake & Pastry Finisher to help prepare and finish pastries, donuts, and other breakfast products for our stores and customer orders.

This is a permanent, year-round position with part-time and full-time opportunities, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, and no evening or weekend shifts. Previous bakery experience is helpful, but not required; we’re willing to train!

What You’ll Do:

• Ice and finish individual pastries, donuts, and seasonal products.
• Organize and prepare finished products for store orders and customer pickup.
• Maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Maintain clean and orderly workstations and equipment; follow food safety and sanitation practices.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

This is an active, hands-on bakery production position requiring:

• Standing and moving throughout the shift, with frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling cabinets and racks weighing up to 350 pounds.
• Working around varying temperatures, including hot ovens and cold coolers/freezers.

Schedule & Hours

• Part-Time: Approximately 10-12 hours per week, Monday–Friday; 4- 6 a.m., with a 3:30 a.m. start on Fridays
• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday; 4 a.m. -12 p.m., with a 3:30 a.m. start on Fridays
• No evening or weekend shifts.
