The Belonging and Well-Being Champion at West Valley Family YMCA in Reseda, CA 91335 works to foster a culture of belonging, health, and connection across YMCA membership and wellness experiences. This role blends engagement, program referrals, and membership sales to support the Y’s mission.

Responsibilities include welcoming members, connecting them to programs, onboarding new members, and promoting health and wellness while achieving membership sales and retention goals.

Qualificações

• Education: high school diploma preferred or a bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Specialized skills: strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to inspire others and manage priorities.
• Related experience: 1–2 years in membership sales, customer service, or health and wellness coaching preferred.
• Certifications: CPR/First Aid/AED certifications or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Create welcoming, inclusive environment and greet members and guests.
• Promote membership, programs, and services through tours and outreach.
• Conduct onboarding sessions and wellness consultations to help members set goals.
• Process memberships and registrations accurately and maintain data integrity.
