Job summary

The Belonging and Well-Being Champion at YMCA drives belonging, health, and connection across membership and wellness experiences. This frontline ambassador greets members, connects them to programs, and supports wellness goals while promoting membership growth and retention.

Responsibilities include conducting onboarding and wellness sessions, promoting programs, and delivering exceptional service. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a commitment to the YMCA core

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to inspire others, handle multiple priorities, and work across departments.
Experience in membership sales, customer service, or health/wellness coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed membership sales and retention goals.
Engage members and promote YMCA programs, wellness services, and community activities.
Assist in health education initiatives, fitness challenges, and wellbeing events.
Process memberships, payments, and registrations with accuracy and confidentiality.
Uphold YMCA policies and Code of Conduct in all interactions.
