Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Bell Attendant for the Wyndham San Diego Bayside location to greet guests, assist with luggage, and maintain lobby areas. The role requires a High School diploma, a Class B license, and excellent guest service skills.

You will drive guest shuttles, assist with valet tasks, and ensure a positive arrival and departure experience. The position is on-site in San Diego, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class B license or Passenger Endorsement required.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests and drive hotel vehicles with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Show guests to room and assist with luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours, and local attractions.
• Check luggage and manage lobby and bell stand areas.
• Greet guests, maintain lobby cleanliness, and relay messages.
