Job summary

Valencia Hotel Group is seeking a Bell/Valet Attendant in San Jose to deliver outstanding guest services at Hotel Valencia Santana Row. You will greet guests, manage luggage, assist with dry-cleaning, and share local information.

A strong communication style and prior guest service experience are valued as part of a friendly, proactive team. The position requires flexibility with shifts (early mornings to evenings), weekend and holiday coverage, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or guest services preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain professionalism with guests and colleagues at all times.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide professional assistance.
• Assist with luggage and bell services for rooms and events.
• Coordinate dry-cleaning pickups/deliveries for guests.
• Provide information on local attractions, hotel features and amenities.
• Deliver messages and packages to meetings/guest rooms.
• Attend training and team meetings as required.
• Keep work areas clean and organized and report safety concerns.
• Support valet staff and maintain a safe driving record.
