Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive manual/automatic transmission.
• May be required to work Graveyard shifts.
• Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport guest luggage to and from rooms and vehicles.
• Care and storage of guest property.
• Deliver items to guest rooms (newspapers, deliveries, etc.).
• Provide excellent guest service and high communication standards.
• Greet guests with a positive, friendly and helpful attitude.
• Address guest needs by answering questions and giving directions.
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Skills
