Job summary

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa is seeking a Bell Services Cast Member to assist guests with luggage, property care, and room deliveries. The role involves direct guest interaction, valet assistance, and coordination for arrivals and departures.

Full-time schedule requiring availability seven days per week, including early mornings and holidays. Hawaii driving credentials and a clean record are required; bilingual Hawaiian/Japanese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and high guest service expectations.
• Greet Guests with positive, friendly and helpful attitude.
• Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel/resort or surrounding areas.
• Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language is preferred.
• Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport guest luggage to and from guestrooms, vehicles and storage areas.
• Care and storage of guest property.
• Deliver items to guest rooms, including newspapers and packages.
• Handle guest deliveries (flowers, packages) and express check-outs.
• Assist arriving and departing guests with vehicles, including shuttles and parking facilities.
• Possess valid Hawaii driver’s license with clean record and ability to drive manual/automatic transmissions.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
