Job summary

Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa is seeking a Luggage Handler (Support) to assist Bell teams with tagging, storing, and retrieving guest luggage, coordinating with Bell staff to fulfill guest requests with aloha spirit.

You will greet guests, transport luggage safely, care for guest property, and use HotSOS to address needs, while maintaining a positive, guest-centric approach in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability seven days a week.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to transport luggage safely.
• Proactive in addressing guest needs.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Willing to follow instructions.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask.
• Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Transport luggage to/from vehicles and storage areas.
• Care for and store guest property.
• Answer questions, give directions and information about the hotel/resort.
• Use mobile applications (HotSOS) as needed.
• Handle difficult situations independently and communicate with the team.
• Maintain a clean, polished appearance and safety standards.
• Engage with guests and fellow Cast Members to provide Disney service.
