Job summary

Mauna Kea Resort is seeking a Bell Luggage/Valet Attendant to warmly greet guests, provide luggage assistance, and manage vehicle parking and delivery of items to rooms and public areas. The role supports guest services at the porte cochere and front desk, delivering exceptional resort experiences.

The position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication to assist with dining reservations, local attractions, and shuttle coordination.

Qualifications

• Must provide a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and assist with luggage.
• Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.
• Lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage at porte cochere.
• Load/unload luggage and deliver to rooms.
• Park vehicles and retrieve them safely.
