Job summary

Ace Hotel Brooklyn is seeking a Bell Attendant to greet guests, direct traffic at the entrance, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and provide property orientations in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.

Working with the Front Desk, you will keep lobby areas clean and orderly, arrange taxis and shuttles, store and retrieve luggage, and ensure a welcoming, attentive presence during the evening shift.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic at the property entrance.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort to rooms.
• Open doors and help guests enter/exit vehicles.
• Maintain lobby and bell closet cleanliness and order.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and arrange taxis/shuttles.
• Deliver newspapers, messages, packages to rooms and offices.
• Greet guests and answer questions, offering directions as needed.
