Extell Hospitality Services is seeking a Guest Service Attendant in New York City. You will warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and manage arrivals and departures at the hotel entrance. The role combines bell and door attendant duties to provide a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, coordinating taxi services, and sharing information about local attractions. The position requires flexibility, excellent customer service, and a team-oriented attitude.

Formación

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of NYC attractions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with arrival and departure at the hotel entrance.
• Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to rooms when requested.
• Coordinate taxi/ride-share services and provide local information.
• Maintain a welcoming entrance and ensure cleanliness and accessibility.
• Support Front Office with guest needs and department tasks as required.
