Job summary

Resorts World New York City is seeking a Bell/Door Attendant to assist guests with luggage and oversee lobby operations. You will welcome guests, handle deliveries, and provide directions with courteous, professional service.

Responsibilities include escorting guests, processing luggage and amenities, and ensuring a smooth traffic flow in a busy lobby environment. The ideal candidate will have guest-service experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in guest service preferred; able to obtain and maintain NY State Gaming Commission license.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage delivery and retrieval in a courteous, timely manner.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and directions to guests.
• Welcome guests, address by surname and deliver items such as keys and amenities.
• Escort guests to rooms and assist with room/show amenities.
