Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Class Behavioral Technicians in California to support students with behavioral needs in school settings, using ABA strategies from pre-K through high school. You may work in 1:1 or as a classroom aide.

The role emphasizes calm communication with students and staff. Positions are in the Alhambra area (and surrounding cities) with Monday–Friday hours 8 am–2 pm, starting at $23.00 per hour and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in childcare and/or ABA.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Inclination to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 or classroom support.
• Calm, clear communication with children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
