Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians to support students with behavioral needs in school settings. Roles include 1:1 or general classroom support, using ABA strategies to help students stay on task and work toward behavioral goals.

Positions are in schools with full-time or part-time schedules, typically 8am-3pm, Monday through Friday. We offer last mile training to obtain RBT certification, commuter benefits, and comprehensive support from Ro Health’s administrative and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma (or equivalent) required
• Experience in childcare and/or ABA preferred
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process
• Strong assessment skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide support in 1:1 or general classroom capacity
• Maintain calm, clear, concise communication with children and adults
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods
• Occasional bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 pounds
• Provide toileting/diapering assistance on a case-by-case basis
