LifeStream Behavioral Center in Leesburg, FL is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Tech II to provide direct care within a multidisciplinary treatment team. You will implement plans, monitor progress, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for individuals with behavioral health needs.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of behavioral health experience, with skills in crisis intervention, de-escalation, documentation, and collaboration with clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience in direct patient care or support roles within mental health facilities.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to clients according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in development and implementation of therapeutic activities and interventions.
• Monitor and document client behavior, progress, and significant changes.
• Support clients in daily living activities, promoting independence and self-care.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to assess client needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions and planning.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring client well-being.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
