Requirements include a high school diploma (CNA preferred) and at least two years in substance abuse/mental health settings. Proficiency with EHR and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in treatment plan development and implementation.
• Monitor and document client behavior and progress for clinical evaluation.
• Facilitate group and individual therapeutic activities to support recovery.
• Ensure client safety and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques with clinical staff support.
• Mentor and train junior staff to enhance performance.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
