LifeStream Behavioral Center in Leesburg, FL is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Tech II to provide direct care within a multidisciplinary treatment team. You will implement plans, monitor progress, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for individuals with behavioral health needs.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of behavioral health experience, with skills in crisis intervention, de-escalation, documentation, and collaboration with clinicians.

Job Purpose:

The Behavioral Tech II is responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with behavioral health needs. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. The position requires a compassionate and professional approach to assist clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and supervision to clients in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.

Required Education

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
