You will help implement care plans, monitor progress, and contribute to a secure therapeutic milieu under nursing supervision. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in substance abuse/mental health settings, crisis intervention experience, and proficiency with electronic health records and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in substance abuse and mental health setting.
• Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
• Experience with electronic health records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of client behavior and document observations accurately.
• Implement individualized care plans and therapeutic activities as directed by clinical staff.
• Monitor and manage client behavior, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients and staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and treatment outcomes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of group activities and programs.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to support client progress.
