LifeStream in Sumterville, FL is seeking a Behavioral Tech II to support adults with behavioral health needs in a residential setting. You will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in substance abuse or mental health setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and ensure adherence to prescribed interventions.
• Monitor and document client behavior and progress; report changes to the clinical team.
• Provide direct care and support with daily living activities and group activities.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by following safety protocols and responding to emergencies.
