BriteLife Recovery seeks a Lead Behavioral Health Technician to support the BHT Supervisor by coordinating shift duties, training new staff, and acting as the floor BHT when needed. The role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and compassionate care in a settings focused on recovery.

You will contribute to scheduling, incident reporting, and liaison tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality client support.

Qualifications

• Complete annual education requirements.
• Maintains standards of professional society procedures and ethical behavior.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Report to work on time and as scheduled.
• Wear identification while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BHTs on shift and assist with daily responsibilities under the BHT Supervisor.
• Train new BHTs on duties, procedures, and paperwork.
• Assist with client outings planning and staffing on shift.
• Audit rounds, admissions, discharges, and incident reporting within shift timelines.
• Support BHT supervisor with coordination with Clinical for activities and staffing.
