Job summary

BriteLife Recovery is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician/Driver to transport clients to and from the facility, follow directions from the Clinical Director and Supervisor, and supervise clients on the floor.

You will observe client behaviors, document conditions in the EMR, assist in admissions, carry out safety procedures, and help maintain a healthy recovery environment. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and willingness to pursue CRS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from doctor appointments, meetings and activities.
• Observe client behaviors and document conditions in EMR.
• Assist with admissions paperwork and processes.
• Maintain safety and proper boundaries with clients.
• Support therapeutic activities and recovery-focused environment.
• Complete duties under supervision and report incidents promptly.
• Engage in housekeeping and ensure client and vehicle safety.
