Job summary

Foundry Front Range in Colorado seeks a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Manager to lead and supervise the BHT team within a residential treatment facility. You will ensure safe, client-centered support, proper staffing, and adherence to policies and standards of care.

The role requires 3+ years in behavioral health and 2+ years in supervision, with knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health or related setting.
• Minimum of 2 years in supervisory/management role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, leadership, coaching, and performance management for Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
• Oversee BHT scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing needs to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Monitor overtime and staffing utilization and adjust in collaboration with leadership.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of BHT staff.
• Establish and reinforce expectations related to attendance, professionalism, communication, documentation, and client interactions.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and respect.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all staff interactions.
