Prosano Health Solutions, in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, seeks a Behavioral Health Supervisor to provide clinical leadership across integrated behavioral health services. You will supervise Behavioral Health Managers, ensure licensing and clinical standards, and support the Collaborative Care Model within primary care centers.

The role includes direct patient care as needed and collaboration with PCPs and psychiatric consultants.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of clinical experience providing behavioral health care.
• Master’s degree in clinical behavioral health fields such as social work, counseling, or psychology.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona independent license with Clinical Supervisor designation (AZBBHE) in LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LISAC, or Psychologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at time of hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring, and operational oversight to Behavioral Health Managers and staff.
• Ensure supervision requirements meet licensing regulations and organizational standards.
• Conduct regular coaching, evaluations, and professional development activities.
• Foster collaboration and patient-centered care across care teams.
• Monitor performance, quality metrics, documentation, and patient outcomes.
• Support CoCM implementation and coordinated care with PCPs and psychiatric consultants.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and retention of behavioral health staff.
• Deliver direct patient care as needed to support access and operations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards.
