You will supervise Behavioral Health Managers, oversee CoCM implementation, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across health care centers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical behavioral health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
• Active Arizona independent license with Clinical Supervisor designation (AZBBHE) in LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LISAC/psychologist.
• BLS certification at time of hire; N95 fit testing and required vaccinations completed.
