Job summary

Prosano Health Solutions, in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, seeks a Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead the integrated care team across our centers. You will supervise BHMs, ensure clinical supervision, and drive evidence-based, patient-centered care under CoCM.

This full-time, on-site role requires licensure, a master's in clinical behavioral health, and a BLS. You will mentor staff, coordinate with PCPs and psychiatrists, and ensure compliance with regulations while

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical behavioral health field required or equivalent.
• 3 years of clinical experience providing behavioral health care.
• Active Arizona independent license with Clinical Supervisor designation (AZBBHE) in LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LISAC/Psychologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring, and operational oversight to Behavioral Health Managers and staff.
• Ensure clinical supervision requirements are met per licensing regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular meetings, performance evaluations, and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with care teams to enhance integrated behavioral health services and patient access.
• Support implementation of the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) across centers and coordinate with providers.
