Job summary

Prosano Health Solutions seeks a Behavioral Health Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and supervision across its integrated behavioral health services. The role partners with PCPs, psychiatric consultants, and BHMs to ensure high-quality care and adherence to standards.

You will supervise clinicians, support staff growth, and help implement the Collaborative Care Model across Prosano Health Care Centers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical experience providing behavioral health care.
• Master’s degree in clinical behavioral health field, such as social work, counseling, psychology
• Hold an active, unrestricted Arizona independent license with Clinical Supervisor designation in one of: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LISAC, psychologist.
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at time of hire
• Completion of N95 Mask Fit Testing within 30 days of hire.
• Completion of all required vaccinations to work in clinic before clinic start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring, and operational oversight to Behavioral Health Managers and other assigned staff.
• Ensure clinical supervision requirements are met per Arizona licensing regulations and organizational standards.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, evaluations, coaching, and professional development activities.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, learning, and patient‑centered care.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality metrics, documentation standards, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and care teams to enhance integrated behavioral health services and patient access.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance clinical effectiveness and efficiency.
• Serve as a clinical resource and subject matter expert for behavioral health services in primary care.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and retention of staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings and guide complex patient cases.
• Support CoCM implementation across Prosano Health Care Centers and coordinate with psychiatric consultants.
