Job summary

Prosano Health Solutions is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and operational support for integrated behavioral health services across its health care centers. The role collaborates with PCPs, psychiatrists, and BHMs to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care on-site.

The position requires a Master’s degree in clinical behavioral health, an active AZ license with Clinical Supervisor designation, and a BLS certification, with a focus on improving access

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical experience providing behavioral health care.
• Active AZ independent license with Clinical Supervisor designation (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LISAC, or Psychologist).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring, and operational oversight to Behavioral Health Managers (BHMs) and other behavioral health staff.
• Ensure clinical supervision requirements are met according to licensing regulations and organizational standards.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, coaching, and professional development.
• Foster collaboration and patient-centered care to improve access and experience.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality metrics, and patient outcomes.
• Coordinate with PCPs and care teams to enhance integrated behavioral health services.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of behavioral health staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings and advise on complex cases.
• Support implementation of the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) across centers.
