Job summary

Prosano Health Solutions, in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, seeks a Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead BHMs and clinicians in the integrated primary care setting. You will oversee supervision, performance, and clinical quality across centers, ensuring evidence-based care and regulatory compliance.

Role includes collaboration with PCPs, psychiatrists, and staff, with on-site responsibilities and occasional direct patient care to support access and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona independent license with Clinical Supervisor designation (AZBBHE).
• BLS certification at time of hire.
• Completion of N95 mask fit testing within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring, and operational oversight to Behavioral Health Managers and staff.
• Ensure supervision requirements meet AZ licensing regs and organizational standards.
• Conduct regular coaching and professional development for staff.
• Monitor team productivity, quality metrics, documentation, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with PCPs and care teams to enhance integrated behavioral health services.
• Support implementation and success of the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM).
• Deliver direct patient care as needed to support access and operations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards.
