Job summary

Prosano Health Solutions, in partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor to lead our integrated care team in primary care settings. You will supervise Behavioral Health Managers and clinicians, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

You will play a key role in advancing the Collaborative Care Model, coordinating with PCPs and psychiatric consultants, and driving staff development and patient-centered outcomes across assigned health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical behavioral health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
• Active AZ independent license with Clinical Supervisor designation (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LISAC/PSY).
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• Completion of N95 mask fit testing within 30 days of hire and vaccinations as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring, and operational oversight to Behavioral Health Managers and staff.
• Ensure supervision requirements meet licensing regulations and organizational standards.
• Conduct regular evaluations, coaching, and professional development activities.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and patient‑centered care.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, quality metrics, and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to enhance integrated behavioral health services and access.
• Identify process improvements to boost clinical effectiveness and efficiency.
• Act as clinical resource and SME for behavioral health in the primary care setting.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and retention of behavioral health staff.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care meetings and guide complex cases.
• Support CoCM implementation across Prosano Health Care Centers.
• Coordinate with psychiatric consultants and PCPs for treatment planning.
• Review documentation to ensure compliance with policies and payer requirements.
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance; provide direct patient care as needed.
