Job summary

Prosano Health Solutions is seeking a Behavioral Health Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight across primary care centers in Arizona. You will mentor BHMs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive collaborative care initiatives with PCPs and psychiatric consultants.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role requiring a master’s degree in a behavioral health field, AZ licensure, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 3 years of clinical experience providing behavioral health care.
• Master’s degree in clinical behavioral health field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
• Active Arizona independent license with Clinical Supervisor designation (AZBBHE) in LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LISAC/Psychologist; Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BHMs, Associate Counselors, and other staff.
• Ensure supervision requirements align with Arizona licensing regulations.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑ones, evaluations, coaching, and professional development.
• Promote collaboration and patient‑centered care across teams.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality metrics, and patient outcomes.
• Support integration of behavioral health with primary care and enhance patient access.
• Participate in care planning, documentation, and continuous improvement.
