Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a population-specific patient group in a safe and therapeutic environment.

The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, adhere to standards, and report to the Director or Nurse Manager. Requires NH RN licensure, BLS, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse—New Hampshire Board of Nursing; Basic Life Support (AHA).
• One year of clinical nursing experience; ability to work with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients.
• Gathers data, interprets status, and plans care to meet age-specific needs.
• Documents care, directs others, and teaches patients and families.
• Administers medications and provides direct patient care.
• Leads the health care team and serves as a preceptor for new employees.
