Job summary

The RN must graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold NH licensure (BLS required) and have 1 year of clinical nursing experience. This role reports to the Nurse Manager and may supervise licensed nursing assistants.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license (NH) is required; BLS certification is required.
• BSN preferred; Level of education aligned with department standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess data through history taking and physical assessment to plan and implement nursing care.
• Develop, evaluate and revise patient care plans as patient needs change.
• Direct and supervise others in delegated nursing activities.
• Educate patients and significant others about the plan of care and discharge planning.
