Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care for a patient group within a department/unit. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, using age-appropriate knowledge and collaborating with families and the care team.

Qualifications include NH RN licensure, BLS, and a BSN preferred. One year of nursing experience is expected; duties include medication administration, patient education, and precepting new staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level RN with licensure in New Hampshire is required or candidate must be eligible.
• Experience in a patient care setting with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• BSN preferred; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to perform nursing interventions and document patient care.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and plan individualized care.
• Implement care plans and monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with health care team to meet patient needs.
• Administer medications and provide direct patient care.
• Educate patients and families about plans of care.
• Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed staff as needed.
