Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) 2 to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for diverse patient groups. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, adhere to standards, and report to the Director/Nurse Manager while supervising aides as needed.

The role requires a BSN preference, NH RN licensure, and BLS certification, with at least one year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• RN must assess data reflecting patient status and interpret information for age-specific needs.
• Ability to plan and implement nursing care with multi-system considerations.
• Capable of teaching patients and families about plan of care.
