Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient population within the department/unit. The RN will apply developmentally appropriate care, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and ensure adherence to organizational standards and patient safety protocols.

Qualified candidates hold NH RN licensure and BLS certification, with BSN preferred, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• One year of clinical nursing experience.
• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as required by department policy.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient population.
• Develop, revise and document the patient’s plan of care and nursing actions.
• Direct and supervise others in delegated nursing activities.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and post-discharge management.
• Provide direct patient care and lead the health care team on assigned shift.
