Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a diverse patient population in a safe environment. The RN will work with the care team, adhering to standards, policies, and procedures and will report to the Director/Nurse Manager.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with BSN preferred, NH RN licensure, BLS, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and NH nursing license required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• One year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a population-specific patient group.
• Gathers data, interprets information and plans care accordingly.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teach patients and families about the plan of care and post-discharge care.
