Job summary

BSN preferred and NH RN licensure are required, with at least one year of clinical nursing experience and a proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in New Hampshire (NH).
• One year of clinical nursing experience; ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a population-specific patient group.
• Develop and revise the patient care plan and nursing actions based on patient needs.
• Direct and supervise delegated nursing activities; teach patients and families about the plan of care.
