Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a health care setting and/or in an office preferred.
• Previous experience as a receptionist and/or Check-out preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front-door flow.
• Answer calls, register patients, schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance and update records in the EMR.
• Coordinate communication between patients, therapists, and staff.
• Track appointments, reminders, and follow-ups; collect payments.
