Excellent customer service and accurate data entry are essential. The PSR will assist with financial discussions, referrals, and MyChart usage, with occasional coverage at other physician locations as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in patient registration/healthcare preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact between patients and the physician practice.
• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule appointments and enter information accurately into the system.
• Verify demographics, insurance cards, and patient identification.
• Explain financial options to patients and collect payments as needed.
• Assist with referrals, follow-up scheduling, and MyChart usage.
