Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science and 1 year experience or Associate’s degree and 3 years experience or 5 years experience in behavioral health or SUD certification/registration.
• Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager with day-to-day operations and staff supervision.
• Provide client service coordination and case management with treatment team.
• Develop, evaluate and implement treatment goals and plans with the team.
• Provide direct client care and complete accurate documentation meeting contract requirements.
• Shift coverage and on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Provide field-based services as required by program and client needs.
