Job summary

Pacific Health Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager to provide strategic leadership across the Behavioral Health Department in California. You will oversee clinical operations, program development, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and staff development while expanding access to care through community engagement and street outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for the Behavioral Health Department.
• Oversee daily program operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based behavioral health programs.
• Establish workflows that improve clinical efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.
• Monitor clinician productivity, documentation, and caseload distribution.
• Lead interdisciplinary case conferences and provide consultation on complex clinical cases.
• Support crisis intervention efforts and provide clinical guidance for high-risk situations.
• Participate in strategic planning and behavioral health program expansion initiatives.
• Lead behavioral health community outreach initiatives that increase access to services for underserved populations.
• Collaborate with Street Outreach, CHW, ECM, CS, and Care Coordination teams to provide integrated care.
• Build and maintain partnerships with county behavioral health departments, hospitals, FQHCs, managed care plans, and other partners.
• Represent Pacific Health Group at community meetings and coalitions.
• Identify service gaps and develop outreach strategies to improve access to services.
• Promote culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and person-centered care across outreach initiatives.
