Job summary

Community Solutions is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor in San Jose, CA. The role oversees daily program operations, provides clinical supervision, and supports treatment planning within a multi-disciplinary team.

Strong emphasis on documentation, outcomes, and collaboration with Program Manager. Ideal candidates hold a CA LMFT or LCSW license (or eligible), with a master’s degree in a mental health field and 2+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health profession and 2+ years direct client work experience.
• Experience with mental health and/or substance use issues.
• Experience working with county services and contract requirements.
• Experience in outpatient Medi-Cal programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of day-to-day operation and supervise staff.
• Meet monthly productivity targets in alignment with program needs.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and crisis protocols.
• Coordinate daily activities and monitor documentation and audits.
• Provide direct clinical services when needed and participate in treatment planning.
